Generate Leads Through LinkedIn FAST!
In this blog, I'm going to talk to you about the shift from traditional lead generation and recruitment methods to how to automate the lead generation process so that ultimately you can make placements faster and easier than ever before. You may know that I am a huge fan of LinkedIn lead generation. In fact, it transformed my entire business.
Success Stories from My Programs
I have some clients who say that, for example, one client, Chris, hasn't sourced in over 5 months after completing my program because I set him up on autopilot so he could generate leads, and he could focus his time on reverse marketing these leads who were coming to him first... I had another client who literally came to me with four months of recruitment experience and said they wanted to get a head start and want to start building a personal brand from day one. They completed the one-on-one program with me, and from there, after literally 2 weeks, they ended up getting three new clients onboarded with them just because they were so crystal clear on their messaging...
The Old Way of Recruitment
When it comes to the old way, the traditional way of recruitment, what it entails is manual searches and cold calling and reaching out to people one-on-one. I don't know about you, but I just don't have time or the patience these days to speak to people one-on-one all day, not that initial lead generation aspect anyway, because cold calling actually has a 2% success rate.
Lead Generation vs. Conversion
Something important to note is that when it comes to lead generation and sales or converting, there are actually two totally different strategies... Ultimately, what you need to do is find smart ways to automate the lead generation process, reach people at mass scale, and then when people come to you, they're already even warm or partway in their mind have made the decision that they already want to work with you because there's trust and credibility there immediately before you even have to speak to them.
Building a Strong Personal Brand
The first step that you need to go through if you want to automate the lead generation process is building a strong personal brand...You probably haven't thought about a lot of that before, but ultimately, what I see as the biggest mistake I see when people are trying to generate leads through LinkedIn, and the reason they don't convert, is because they go straight in and they start posting content or random information.
Core Pillars of Personal Branding
The core pillars of personal branding are everything that I've just mentioned in terms of understanding personally what you're offering, and the other three are optimizing your profile so it acts as a sales page, having a communication and outreach strategy as well (ultra-important to control the narrative and who sees you), and then your content strategy as well. But one without the other won't necessarily convert.
Reaching a Mass Audience
When you do this and you do this at mass scale, you're reaching tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of people per month, it's impossible. You will not get leads. Like I don't believe for one minute you can go through that process, reach hundreds of thousands of people, solve their problems, have a sales page, control the narrative of who sees it, and never get leads. It's impossible; it won't work that way. However, it needs to be done well.

To give you some context of how this has worked for me, I'll take you back to number one, how I even got into personal branding...I thought, "Well, I'm definitely on to something here. I need to learn everything that I can." That's exactly what I did...And ever since then, in 2023, I generated 3.3 million views on my posts, which is amazing. I got an almost 8,000% increase in engagement...
